Dale Ann was born in Mesa, grew up in southern California and made her way back to the valley over 30 years ago.  She received her BSN from ASU, her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner training at Harbor/UCLA and her MSN at California State University, Long Beach.  She is also Board Certified in Women's Health.

She started her own private practice, Arcadia Well Woman in 2007 and purchased Advantage Beauty and Health in 2017.  Dale Ann has also been a Women's Health Preceptor at ASU College of Nursing and recipient of a Preceptor of the Year award.  As an avid researcher, she has participated as an investigator in many women's health and dermatological clinical trials.

 
Dale Ann provides patient care with a holistic perspective, incorporating mind-body-spirit and brings over 20 years experience to both her gynecology and aesthetic practices.  In addition to providing women's care at her medical facility, she is also certified to provide aesthetic injectables and laser treatments.  She focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, health education and counseling to help her patients and clients make wise health and lifestyle choices.  

Her  vision of creating a health care and aesthetic practice that treats every patient with individual attention and high quality care has become a reality that proudly serves our community.   Her time is currently split between both offices, which are conveniently located right next to each other.

The services she offers at Advantage Beauty and Health include Votiva Feminine Rejuvenation/Incontinence improvement, Dermal Fillers & Neurotoxin injections, PDO Thread Lifts and Hormone Replacement Therapy.
