Membership Terms & Conditions
- 6 month commitment
- 30 Day cancellation required with signature.
- With proper notice, services accrued will remain in wallet. With no additional "perks"
- Early cancellation with no notice will result in removing of services or funds accrued
- Cooling off period will be enforced. Client will not be eligible to rejoin any membership program for 12 months.
- Membership agreements are subject to change.
- Expired or insufficient funds will have 5 business days to correct before termination of membership. Early cancellation AND cooling off period will be enforced.
- Membership will automatically renew.
- Missed appointments will result in forfeiture of service that month.
