Founder's Story

Dale Ann Began her education in fashion design, driven by a passion for beauty and creativity. While attending college, caring for a relative during a battle with cancer inspired her to change her majors and pursue nursing. After nearly 20 years as an RN, she became a Nurse Practitioner to increase her knowledge and skills. In her 40's, her own experience with aging sparked a deep interest in aesthetics. This was incorporated into her practice when she opened Arcadia Well Woman and Aesthetics in 2009. Aquiring Advantage Beauty and Health was a natural next step, allowing her to expand her practice helping women look and feel their best. Dale Ann has a passion for education and has taught nursing at the community college and university level as well as provided aesthetic injections during training.
