Dale Ann began her education in fashion design, driven by a passion for beauty and creativity. While attending college, caring for a relative during a battle with cancer inspired her to change her majors and pursue nursing. After nearly 20 years as an RN, she became a Nurse Practitioner to enhance her knowledge and skills. In her 40's, her own experience with aging sparked a deep interest in aesthetics, leading her to explore areas like injectables and laser aesthetics. This interest was incorporated into her practice when she opened Arcadia Well Woman and Aesthetics in 2009. Acquiring Advantage Beauty and Health was a natural next step, allowing her to expand her practice and help women achieve skin rejuvenation, ensuring they look and feel their best. Dale Ann has a passion for education and has taught nursing at the community college and university level, as well as providing training for new aesthetic injectors.
