Meet Our Practice Manager

Haley is the friendly face behind the smooth operations of our medspa. As Office Manager, she ensures that every guest experience—from the very first phone call to the final checkout—is seamless, professional, and welcoming.

Originally from New York, Haley brings over four years of experience in the aesthetics industry to our practice. She has worked as a licensed aesthetician, certified laser technician, and medical assistant, giving her a unique perspective on both the clinical and client-care sides of the business. In addition to managing daily operations, Haley also serves as our Social Media & Marketing Manager, where she shares treatment education, results, behind the scenes fun and important updates with our community.

Haley is dedicated to cultivating an environment where patients feel confident, informed, and genuinely excited about their aesthetic journey. She believes that every experience should be both welcoming and empowering, taking the time to ensure each patient feels heard, understood, and comfortable every step of the way. Haley is passionate about building meaningful connections and providing thoughtful guidance, helping patients make decisions that align with their individual goals while enhancing their overall experience.

Outside of work you can find Haley at home with her animals, making art, at a concert, or traveling to somewhere new.
